Welcome to TESSAA

TESSAA provides a range of services for young people aged 16-24. These include semi-independent transition placements, outreach with or without accommodation provided and step-down packages. We are also able to provide staff teams for local authority properties.

We pride ourselves on our flexibility to be able to provide unique packages of support for every young person. our 4-tier support model is the base we use to tailor placement requests. We do our absolute best to ensure the package offered to each young person is ideal for them. Our can-do approach makes working with TESSAA a pleasure for placements teams, social workers and, of course, each young person.

We accept short term, long term and emergency placements. We also offer a moving on package for young people leaving TESSAA to begin living independently. Bespoke plans of support agreed with the local authority and young person will not only meet their needs but provide unequivocal opportunities for them to grow, learn and heal.

Our homes are nurturing and safe environments. We pride ourselves on providing accommodation young people are proud to live in.

Both shared and solo placement requests can be accommodated in city and semi-rural locations across Hampshire and because TESSAA believe young people are more likely to thrive in smaller placements, we will never have more than 3 young people in any accommodation. We also believe positive client matching is paramount when offering a place.

All our placements are beautifully decorated, welcoming and homely. We pride ourselves on providing placements young people are proud to live in The Southampton placement is situated near major bus routes with easy access to the city centre and education, training and leisure providers.
